MONTHLY DONATIONS

If you wish to become a part of our monthly support team, you may use our online donation form, or print, fill out and mail in our Giving Plan form.

To setup Monthly support through our online donations page, click here to go to the secure donations page. Fill in the amount of your monthly gift, select the ministry (or ministries) you prefer the donation to go to and click "Add Donation". Pick "Monthly Gift" and then fill out the rest of the form.

To setup your Monthly support by mail, please print, fill out and mail in our printable form for CCO's Monthly Giving Plan. 

The Monthly Giving Plan offers you the convenience of an automatic monthly transfer from your bank account or credit card to CCO.
