What some  people are saying about CCO:

"It was through CCO faith studies that I came to truly understand and love the faith I had grown up with. My relationship with Jesus is now something real. I have a support group of other students who challenge and encourage me to answer god's call for my life."

- Lindsay Porter, CCO Student

My involvement in CCO has challenged me to live out my faith in a way that I never knew was possible, by having a personal relationship with Jesus. It also introduced me to wonderful friends who help me to follow Jesus in my faith journey everyday.

- Aiden Wickey, CCO Alumni, Vancouver

Catholic Christian Outreach is one of the signs of springtime in the Canadian Church, and is a wonderful example of the New Evangelization at work in our country. As a Basilian Father and one involved in higher education in Canada, CCO is a blessing not only to me personally, but to the Church that strives to be present on University and college campuses across the country. CCO has taken seriously Pope John Paul II's call to 'be salt and light' in our country, and they give clear witness to Pope Benedict XVI's words: 'the Church is alive and the Church is young.' Long live CCO in Canada.

- Fr. Thomas Rosica, C.S.B., C.E.O., Salt + Light Catholic Television

Catholic Christian Outreach is a movement of young people for young people who eagerly communicate the joy of the encounter with Jesus Christ; CCO is a sign of the action of the Holy Spirit - the Giver of Life - who continually breathes new life and renews the Church for a new springtime of hope.

- Archbishop Luigi Ventura, Apostolic Nuncio to Canada

I urge Catholics to participate in the work of Catholic Christian Outreach by offering their prayerful support and financial assistance. I believe this dynamic organization is part of the new evangelization for which our Holy Father has so often called, and will help prepare for the new springtime of Christian faith and love for which he prays.

- Most Reverend Adam Exner, Archbishop Emeritus of Vancouver

Faith was the least of my priorities when I left home. Sports and TV were more important than attending Sunday Mass or praying. The faithfulness of my friends who were involved in CCO challenged me to investigate my faith. Now that I have investigated my faith I will not make that mistake again. My faith is my top priority.

- Derrick Kunz, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

My faith has always been extremely important to me but I believed that I was the only person under the age of forty who felt that way. CCO provided me with a community of young people with the same love for the Church and with daily challenges for my journey in faith.

- Renée Sylvain, Combermere, ON

I would not be where I am today if it hadn't been for CCO. It was the path God chose in my life to set my heart on fire with love for Jesus and the Church. I am so grateful for having been a part of this Christ-centered ministry for it was very instrumental in my call to religious life. It has been a true foundation for my growth in faith, Scripture, and the Sacraments, and it has inspired a very deep call in my life for evangelization. What I have received from CCO will never die. It will continue to empower me to spread this fire in my ministry in the Church and throughout the world!

- Sr. ReAnne Letourneau, Presentation of Mary, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

I grew up in a small town not giving much thought to the world around me until I got involved in CCO. I went on the Philippines '91 and Poland '94 missions which gave me the desire and conviction to continue spreading the Gospel message not only overseas, but also to those people around me.

- Christina Maza, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
